BOB Digital was constrained by their existing single-page Webflow presence. It appeared disorganized and uninspiring, failing to effectively showcase the sophisticated video and performance marketing work they delivered for e-commerce and technology clients.

Their principal challenges included:

  • Limited Growth Capacity: They lacked the ability to feature additional case studies or client testimonials, with their single-page format restricting business development.
  • Inadequate Brand Representation: The site failed to communicate their expertise and lacked clarity and approachability.

  • Financial Considerations: As a 14-month-old agency, they were budget-mindful and preferred to maintain their existing Webflow Basic subscription.

The Approach

The engagement commenced with a Blueprint phase, stemming from a comprehensive UI/UX evaluation provided by the agency. This strategic discovery process de-risked the entire initiative and positioned the agency as a strategic consultant rather than merely a service provider.

During the Blueprint Review, a complete strategic roadmap was presented that directly addressed their challenges:

  • Redesigned Site Structure: A multi-page architecture (Home, Portfolio, Case Study Gallery, and individual Case Study page templates) to properly showcase their work and strengthen SEO performance.
  • Content Strategy Realignment: Recommendation to remove pricing packages, as most engagements were customized. This repositioned the site's objective from price-based selling to consultation booking.
  • Visual Identity Evolution: Presentation of mood boards for a refined, dark-mode visual aesthetic to align with their expert positioning and appeal to higher-value clients.

The Solution

A high-performance Webflow platform was delivered, centered on the agency's core offering: the CanvasCore Component System.

This framework provided the controlled flexibility BOB Digital required:

  • Foundational Design System: A Base Foundation and Component Library page was constructed directly within their Webflow project, providing a complete design system for ongoing use.
  • Budget-Conscious Empowerment: To respect their financial constraints, the system was adapted to their Webflow Basic plan. A straightforward, scalable workflow was engineered where they could duplicate a template case study page to create new entries, manually add them to the gallery, and maintain perfect brand consistency.
  • Unified Brand Management: Webflow Variables were implemented for brand colors and typography. This enables future brand refinements to be updated in a single location and cascade throughout the entire platform.
  • Comprehensive Training & Transition: The engagement concluded with a personalized training session and custom documentation, ensuring their team was fully equipped to assume ownership of their new digital asset.
