DOKU

Complete Webflow migration for Doku, Indonesia's premier B2B payment gateway, engineered to provide their marketing team with component-driven content independence.

,

Doku's marketing team was limited by their legacy Angular site, relying on developers for every site update. This slowed down campaigns and hampered SEO efforts. A full, SEO-led migration to Webflow was executed, building the site on the CanvasCore Component System. Doku's team now has full, hands-on autonomy to build and launch campaign pages, fundamentally changing their time-to-market for new content.

The Challenge

Doku's marketing team was managing a high-performance FinTech brand on a restrictive legacy Angular site. Simple content updates or launching new campaign pages required long development cycles, creating a critical bottleneck. The team's goals—to optimize SEO, manage dual-language content (Bahasa Indonesia & English), and integrate with their HubSpot marketing stack—were consistently hampered by this lack of autonomy.

The Approach

The project began with our "Blueprint" Phase, a paid strategic discovery process essential for de-risking the complex migration. This collaborative phase involved stakeholder alignment workshops and a deep technical audit. Key deliverables included a new, optimized Webflow CMS architecture to manage Doku's extensive product suite, a complete integration plan for HubSpot and analytics , and a full 301 redirect map to protect years of SEO equity.

The Solution

The new site was built on CanvasCore, the agency's component-based framework for Webflow. This provided the freedom within structure that Doku required. The marketing team received a library of pre-built, reusable components—like "Lego blocks"—allowing them to assemble new, on-brand pages without developer intervention.

  • Full CMS Migration: All blog content was successfully migrated from the old system into the new, optimized Webflow CMS.
  • Custom Integrations: Seamless integration with GA4, HubSpot for lead generation, and a live sync with the Darwinbox API for the careers page.
  • Advanced Localization: A primary Bahasa Indonesia locale with a secondary English translation, enabling the team to manage content across regions from a single source.

Team Empowerment: Multiple, in-depth training sessions were conducted to empower Doku's marketing and design teams to take full ownership of their new system.

The Results

The migration successfully evolved Doku's website from a development constraint into a scalable, marketing-controlled digital asset.

  • Marketing Team Independence Achieved: The Doku marketing team now operates autonomously, actively designing, styling, and publishing new product and campaign pages without technical dependencies.
  • Development Constraints Eliminated: The core challenge of protracted development cycles for website modifications was resolved, enabling the team to concentrate on marketing strategy and content initiatives.
  • Successful Platform Launch: The complex migration was completed and the redesigned website successfully deployed on their primary domain.
