Acme Tech engaged us to migrate and build a new corporate website to better articulate their sophisticated fintech solutions. Our process began with a deep discovery and wireframing phase, presenting two distinct design concepts in Figma. We then developed a scalable, CMS-driven site in Webflow to house their complex product, solution, and customer stories. When an unexpected, time-sensitive media feature in The Straits Times arose, our team rapidly prepared and launched the new site in a single day to meet the deadline. The project concluded with a comprehensive handover, empowering the Acme team with customized video guides and source files for long-term self-management.
The Challenge
Acme Tech's existing website no longer reflected their position as a leading fintech provider. They needed a new platform to support a complete "migration and build out" that could clearly articulate their complex product offerings (like Hosted eGiro) and showcase their growing list of integrations. The project required a flexible, collaborative process to accommodate an evolving go-to-market strategy and new internal stakeholders joining the project, ensuring the final product was aligned with their future goals.
The Approach
We initiated the project with a discovery call and a curated deck of design references to align on a visual direction. A transparent workflow was established using a dedicated progress tracker and shared asset libraries. Our design phase began with foundational wireframes for core components (homepage, navigation, footer) and expanded into two complete, high-fidelity design options.
These options were presented via Figma and supplemented with video walkthroughs, allowing the Acme team to make an informed decision on the site's aesthetic. We managed the technical content collaboration through a series of shared Google Documents, streamlining the complex drafting and iteration process for their product and solution pages.
The Solution
We delivered a fully responsive and scalable website built on Webflow. The solution included a comprehensive build-out of new pages, including detailed Product (e.g., eGiro, Direct Bank) and Solutions (e.g., ERP Connectivity, Wealth) sections.
A dynamic, filterable "Customers" page was created using the Webflow CMS to manage and display Acme's extensive list of clients and case studies. This CMS-driven approach also extended to the blog. The site was enhanced with custom-designed graphics and a dynamic, animated hero section to create a premium, modern feel.
To ensure client autonomy post-launch, we provided a complete handover package featuring a custom Webflow Guide, a series of tutorial videos for editing the site, and the full Figma design file.
The Results
The partnership's success was most evident in our agile response to an urgent, high-stakes opportunity. When the client secured an unexpected feature in The Straits Times, they reached out to ask if the new site—still in its final review phase—could be launched to capture the incoming traffic.
Our team immediately prioritized the request, performed the necessary pre-launch checks, and pushed the new site to production on the same day. This agility allowed Acme to present its new, professional brand identity to a wide audience at a critical moment. The project concluded with a 30-day support window for any final adjustments and a successful handover, empowering the Acme team to take full ownership of their new digital platform.
