What does the plan not cover?
Our retainers do not include full website redesigns, complete site migrations from other platforms, multi-region setups, manual content translation/localization, SEO keyword ranking, or any brand identity or graphic design work. These can be scoped separately as one-off projects.
What are the commitment requirements for your plans?
There is no minimum commitment required for our monthly plans - you can use them for just a month or two. However, we offer exclusive rates through a 6-month retainer for both our maintenance and development services. This longer commitment ensures consistent improvements, reliability, and better strategic planning for your website, while providing you with better value.
How will we know how much time have been spent on the task?
We track all time spent using a time-tracking tool and maintain detailed logs for transparency. You’ll receive a monthly activity report (or bi-weekly for Core/Growth plans), outlining:
- Tasks completed
- Hours used per task
- Remaining balance of hours
If a task looks like it may exceed your plan’s remaining hours, we’ll always check in with you first before proceeding.
What do you mean by “Priority Support”?
Priority Support refers to our guaranteed response window based on your plan:
- Lite: Within 72 hours
- Core: Within 48 hours
- Growth: Within 24 hours
It ensures your requests are always prioritized in our work queue.
What is covered during the monthly or bi-weekly check-ins?
Check-ins are dedicated sessions to review progress, plan upcoming tasks, and align on strategy. Core and Growth plans also include UX/SEO reviews and recommendations during these sessions.
